Incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984, the Foundation was established by Shaheed Chairperson, Benazir Bhutto, with the primary objectives of promoting the welfare, education, and well-being of journalists, alongside serving all segments of the media community and recognizing the crucial role of an informed citizenry in a democratic society.
